Setup Checklist

To launch your store quickly, here’s what you’ll provide:

Your Logo in vector format (.ai, .eps, .psd, or .pdf). If you only have a hi-res PNG, send it over...we’ll review and let you know if it will work. JPEGs won’t work.

Basic Business Info including your address, website, and social links.

Bank Account Details so we can set up automatic deposits for your commissions.

That’s it. Once we have these, we’ll create your beautiful, custom-branded online store stocked with apparel and accessories.

New Store FAQ

What happens after I purchase this?

You'll receive an email with a link to our new customer setup portal. There, you'll find two forms to fill out:

  1. ACH/W9 -- required for federal reporting and for depositing profits to your bank.
  2. Apparel setup form -- provide us your logo and business information

Once we receive those forms, our design team will create your initial proof for your store designs.

How long does setup take?

Your store is typically ready within 5 business days after you approve your setup proofs.

Can I add more designs?

Yes! But not yet. This initial setup is focused on your core, foundational logo. Once your store is setup, it is very easy (and free) to add additional logos and designs to your store.

Why is there a setup fee?

Our platform simplifies your sales and maximizes your member engagement. This one-time setup fee covers the entire site build out, product setup and all the initial marketing involved in launching your new program.

Am I locked into a contract?

Heck no! We do recommend you give your store at least 3 months to take advantage of our system but we would never tie you to a contract.
